Gordon is a Manager in Edgile’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solutions practice, specializing in tool enablement of GRC programs. He works to help highly regulated clients define and enable their risk and compliance programs and governance models through the design and deployment of enterprise GRC systems, specializing in ServiceNow GRC.
Gordon has helped numerous clients develop ServiceNow GRC-based solutions that have reduced their man-hours spent on core GRC processes and transformed ServiceNow into a force multiplier for the organization. Having worked with organizations of varying sizes across a wide array of industries to operationalize their GRC programs through ServiceNow GRC, Gordon brings deep, practical knowledge on how to successfully deploy ServiceNow GRC while avoiding many common implementation pitfalls.
Gordon holds a B.S. in Software Engineering with honors, and a minor in Economic from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He certified ServiceNow System Administrator and certified ServiceNow Risk and Compliance Implementation Specialist.
