Don Elledge
Chief Executive Officer
Don Elledge founded Edgile in 2001 and is responsible for growing the company into a leading security and risk services organization serving Fortune 500 companies. Don advises clients on security and risk issues driven by the rapidly changing technology environment and his forward-thinking views have positioned Edgile as a trusted, strategic partner. Prior to founding Edgile, Don was a partner at Deloitte, where he established a national security practice focused on e-businesses security. Don also spent four years in New York working at First Boston in the financial industry.
Don holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Texas, and an MBA from the University of Washington with a focus on economics.
Passion: Building a culture of quality and devotion to service within a challenging, rewarding and exciting work environment.
Active in: Spending time with family, playing the guitar and sailing.

Lyle Carlson
National Managing Partner
Lyle is our National Managing Partner responsible for Edgile’s consulting practice. He has over 25 years of management consulting experience, with an emphasis on risk and security services. Lyle’s focus is to grow Edgile’s consulting practice into a world-class team of uniquely qualified individuals capable of handling our clients’ toughest challenges. Working in both the U.S. and Europe, Lyle has held leadership positions at Deloitte and Accenture. His consulting background has focused on enterprise strategies that help clients better understand and manage their risks.
Passion: Working alongside some of the brightest people in the industry to help our clients be successful.
Credentials: B.S. in Computer Engineering, CISSP, National Merit Scholar.
Active in: Wounded Warrior Program, boating, racquetball, hockey.

Dean Fantham
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO and partner, Dean Fantham co-founded Edgile with Don Elledge in 2001 with the belief that successful enterprise security demands ease of use, as well as functional excellence. With more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex architecture and systems solutions, Dean is active in helping clients uncover business value. His strong, business-centered ethos means that Edgile solutions are rigorously defined, yet flexible enough to adapt to economic and cultural influences. Hailing from New Zealand, Dean worked at Deloitte before joining Edgile.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and computer science from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and is a Chartered Accountant (NZ).
Passion: Working together as teams to make our clients successful.
Active: Cycling competitively and for fun, wine and good food, and coaching my kids.

Dan Seyer
Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Dan Seyer oversees the strategic development and communication of the Edgile brand to grow the business. Dan joined Edgile in 2016, building the end-to-end marketing function and customer acquisition model—enhancing the firm’s reputation as the trusted partner to the CISO. Dan’s background allows him to bring unique insights into the evolving importance of marketing in the privacy, security and risk arena. He started his career at Deloitte as a consultant involved in client delivery and was a founding member of the digital business unit, working with numerous Fortune 500 companies. Over the ensuing years, Dan led marketing and product efforts for SaaS platform companies, developed communities and forged partnerships in management roles at Google, BT, and NBC Universal.
Dan has an undergraduate degree in engineering from California Polytechnic State University, SLO, and a MBA with a focus on marketing and finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He holds a certification from Sirius Decisions in modern marketing techniques and is a certified Microsoft professional.
Passion: Modern marketing to grow and nurture relationships while building community through thought leadership.
Active in: Quality family time, start-up innovations and recreational running.

David Deckter
Partner
A published cybersecurity and IT risk expert, David Deckter leads the Edgile governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practice, which includes GRC Managed Services and the ServiceNow Automated Regulatory Compliance (ArC) service. David and his team have built a strong reputation as the “go-to” consultants for organizations needing to solve complex GRC challenges driven by rapidly changing regulatory environments. Prior to joining Edgile, David held several management roles in the Big 4.
David holds a B.S. in economics with honors, and a minor in finance from Purdue University. He has earned certifications in ISC2 CISSP and ISSM, PCI QSA and is a published cybersecurity and IT risk expert.
Passion: Helping clients succeed in challenging regulatory compliance climates with complex technology environments. As the complexity of the problems have materially increased in recent years, the stakes are high for both our clients and our firm.
Active in: Hiking in the Austin Texas Hill Country with my family, Texas barbecue and restoring an air-cooled Porsche 911.

Brian Rizman
Partner
As a partner focused on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) national practice, Brian has been guiding clients through complex technology, strategy and compliance challenges for over a decade.
At Edgile, he has worked with highly regulated, multinational and private organizations on their business and technology transformation programs, specializing in developing programs that focus on cost reduction through increased automation and standardizing business processes and operations through technology. Brian is responsible for leading Edgile’s strategic relationship with ServiceNow to bring our Security and Risk capabilities as a ServiceNow Elite Partner.
Prior to joining Edgile, Brian was in PwC’s Governance, Risk, Security and Compliance national practice, where he was responsible for leading the competency, team, solution strategy, client relationships and sales in the Southern California and New York City.
Passion: Working with highly complex organizations to solve their strategic business problems, resulting in long term client relationships.
Active in: Focused on family, acquiring global acumen through international travel and good food/wine.

Lawrence Wolf
Managing Partner
As a partner with Edgile, Larry Wolf is responsible for managing client relationships across the United States. He has an extensive background with more than 30 years of experience including software development, project management, consulting management and building small firms. For the past 15 years, Larry’s focus has been in the areas of identity and access management (IAM), governance and security. Prior to joining Edgile, Larry held partner and vice president roles at Capgemini, Ernst & Young, Fishnet/Optiv, Sun Microsystems and EMC.
Larry holds a degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati and is PMP certified.
Active in: Hands-on volunteer with various disaster relief organizations, including emergency tornado support in the U.S.

Gretchen Wichmann
Partner, National Identity Service Line Leader
Gretchen is a Partner and the National Identity Service Line Leader for Edgile. She brings over 20 years of experience in technology and security consulting services. She works with client executives to successfully develop and deliver strategic, business-aligned Security and Identity programs. She specializes in managing client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and overall client satisfaction. She has worked with the leading IGA solutions including SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft, Ping, Radiant Logic, SecZetta and others. She started off her security career at PwC as a Director for the Technology and Data Services practice. She then worked as a Director for Logic Trends/Optiv and Hub City Media. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Auburn University.
Passion: Gaining customer trust to help solve complex security problems and the pride that comes with successful project deployments working with Edgile’s team of the best and brightest in the industry.
Active in: Quality time with family and friends, traveling, cooking and hosting parties, volunteer and prior board member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program, coaching people to run marathons.

Marvin Tansley
Partner
Marvin is the Western Regional Partner in charge of client success in the Pacific Northwest. He is an accomplished strategist and innovator in cyber risk and IT security with a distinguished career in managing complex organizations and ecosystems to derive the efficacy and efficiency required for modern cyber-risk management. Before joining Edgile, Tansley broke ground on innovative projects at organizations as diverse as Schlumberger, Gemalto, and the Oxford Computing Group. His stock in trade: leveraging technology and systems thinking for managing the costs and complexities of moving the enterprise to the cloud.
Marvin holds a B Eng. Industrial Engineering and Executive Training from MIT and INSEAD
Passion: Applying consulting to technologies to realization of the promise of better, faster, safer, and more cost effective.
Active in: Skiing, coaching, family and friends.

Paul Hewitt
Partner
Paul serves the needs of Fortune 500 firms as a client partner in Edgile’s Western regional consulting practice. He is passionate about helping clients implement innovative security strategies and solutions with a focus on driving greater business performance. With over 25 years of professional services consulting experience, Paul has served clients both in the United States and across Europe. Originally from the United Kingdom, Paul started his professional career in London. He’s a former partner at Accenture, and has held senior leadership positions at Cisco and Symantec.
Paul holds a BSc. in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Nottingham University in the United Kingdom and a Ph.D in Metallurgy from Imperial College, London.
Passion: High performance team work to drive meaningful transformation and modernization for our clients.
Active in: Spending time with my family, traveling the world, photography, recreational running and improving my guitar chops.

Tarun Vazirani
Partner
Tarun is a Northeast Partner in the Cybersecurity space and has been with Edgile since 2014. Tarun is a leading strategist to tie together all the solution sets in Cloud Security, Identity, and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). Tarun has a Masters in information Systems from Northeastern University, Boston and a Bachelors in IT from University of Mumbai. Prior to Edgile, Tarun grew the Northeast practice at PwC and was also responsible for Product Management and Solutions Architecture at RSA Archer to build various solutions in the GRC and Security space.
Tarun is a leader in Edgile’s Information and Cloud practice responsible for developing new service offerings. Tarun partners with executive management across various key clients to develop business aligned information security programs. He has served Fortune 1000 clients, particularly in the regulated industries.
Passion: Providing sound advice to clients in developing a holistic strategy delivered through successful transformative programs.
Active in: Hiking, swimming, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors with the family.

Derek Tannahill
Partner
As a partner focused on Identity and Access Management including Cybersecurity, Derek has been helping clients achieve new levels of success aligned to their business goals across people, process, and technology for 25 years.
At Edgile, Derek serves the needs of highly regulated, multi-national, and private companies both domestic and abroad as a client partner in their Central regional consulting practice. He is responsible for managing the consulting operations across the region including sales, delivery, and client satisfaction. Derek brings a modern approach to governance and risk management that provides business-aligned security outcomes to his clients. He is also responsible for managing the strategic relationships with Microsoft and SailPoint.
Prior to joining Edgile, Derek was a senior leader at KPMG in their strategy, architecture, and governance practice as part of CIO Advisory. In that role, Derek was responsible for client strategies, delivery, and sales while enhancing internal organizational capabilities. Derek had also held leadership positions at Perficient, Accenture, and Deluxe Corporation.
Passion: Helping clients solve their business and security challenges with outcomes that are commensurate for their organization.
