Single source of truth transforms risk management for Equinix

Global internet connection and data center company Equinix wanted to implement a risk and compliance program built around a single source of truth so that internal and external users could input data once and use it wherever needed across the organization.

Edgile, a Wipro company and ServiceNow Elite partner, demonstrated how ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management products, which are built on the Now Platform® Equinix already owned, could meet their requirements while maintaining compliance and assuring transparency for customers. The solutions included policy lifecycle management, an IT risk register, controls, and assessment targets, with added risk statements linked to authority documents and control objectives from Edgile. The Now Platform will free Equinix from a siloed approach and provide a single pane of glass to assess risk across the company.
