As COO/CFO for Edgile, Salman Rashid is responsible for business operations, finance, HR, and legal. Salman is a leader in driving the overall business growth and actively engaged with Edgile’s services practices to deliver client excellence. He joins Edgile with 25 years of finance and consulting experience. Most recently he was the CFO/COO for Quickstart Technologies, and prior to that with Dell for 15 years in various finance and transformational leadership roles, including CFO – Dell BPO Services. He also worked for Arthur Andersen and Accenture as a management consultant. Salman’s strengths lie in solving problems by simplifying complex issues, aligning stakeholder objectives, and driving key business initiatives. His areas of expertise are Strategy & Transformation, Finance & Ops, and M&A. Salman has an Engineering degree from UT Austin and an MBA from University of Houston.
